She has been responsible for outcomes including major changes in strategic direction, the creation of profitable partnerships, and the development of media-savvy and client-focused products in response to changing markets. She has also been responsible for the establishment and management of an e-business consultancy and has significant experience in the application of online learning technologies
Michelle now works across multiple domains and sectors assisting the achievement of outcomes by clients from government, NGOs, and industry sectors including human services, tourism, retail, management and education.
The depth of Michelle's theoretical understanding is evidenced by her Master of Business Administration and Ph.D. in sociology.
